| golf This is what I have been doing lately as it has been pretty hot. I found just drinking water was not getting it done so I drink water then G2(gatorade lite) its low in carbs and not as heavy as the regular gatorade. I also pack my own sandwich(my cooler has a compartment on top which keeps it cool) and take a couple of apples, and some peanut butter/cheese type crackers. Its been working pretty good as I have a lot more energy rather then wearing out. |
