Bayer 81 mg aspirin with Cholesterol Reducers

Anybody have any good results with this new product? I bought some the other day (no coupon-$5.29 for 30 at Wal-Mart) and read the fine print saying that people using 2 of these tablets (it would cost $9.98 for a 60 tablet package) can reduce their cholesterol. I know people who used more than 81 mg of aspirin a day and had their blood too thin, and i'm really scared to do so.

Along with my meds, I have bought about a few months ago the Equate brand of Centrum. As soon as it runs out, I'm getting the heart advantage Centrum and taking it along with the Bayer that i'm taking now and I wonder if it'll have the same effects.

My question is that I was wondering if anybody else has used it and if it lowered their cholesterol level any? If so, it'll be worth my $5 a month on this.
