I usually drink lots of water and have some peanut butter crackers when I'm out on the course. However, I played in a charity scramble about a month ago. Before the tournament started, they had the burger and hotdog buffet, chips, slaw, etc. I had a burger, but forgave the slaw, chips, and deserts. Then had a few Miller Lites while playing. Got home and checked my numbers figuring I'd wrecked them for the day. Came in at 114. Not too bad for a binge day.

Hopefully I'll get out one day next week. It's been awful hot here with real high humidity. I've never tried the G2, I'll have to look for it.
