I know that aspirin by itself doesn't reduce cholesterol...that's what drugs like crestor and lipitor are for....along with a sensible diet and exercise. Anyways, I got to take lab tests and i'm really serious about getting on a health diet and use an exercise bike within the next 3 months so I can not only change my eating habits but my overall health. The doc might have to switch me from my current cholesterol drug (Gemfibrozil), in which I know that there are coupons for 30 day samples of Lipitor out there. Then after, i'll consider getting patient assistance on Caduet since I use Norvasc anyways.

Anyways, I notice that since I got a new bp machine a couple of days ago, the Norvasc has really worked so far...but still, I got to test it vs. the doctor's machine to know if it really works. I like my new machine that I use it 3-4x a day to get results throughout the day. I would like to get my lab results and see if there is improvement in 3 months so I can get healthier and not worry about my health.
