Not sure what happened to my last post!!!!

My recent HbA1cS

28/4/07 - 8.6
24/7/07 - 8.5
24/11/07 - 8.9
12/4/08 - 9.7
5/7/08 - 9.3

Total Cholesterol 6.2
LDL 4.02
HDL 1.16
Tri 2.3

I try to watch what I eat, but I realise now I have been eating too many carbs.

Where can I find info on a good diet for insulin dependent diabetics?
