Rather than thinking about all those things you should not have anymore, think about all the things that you have been told (in the past 20 years) are BAD for you that you can now have again!!!

i am talking about eggs, cheese, meat (all types) etc etc etc.

i try to keep my carbs way down and i do NOT crave carbs anymore! in fact, i don't even get hungry for snacks!

my weight is stable at 75 kg (165 lbs) which at 5' 10" means i am relatively slim.

i find that i look forward to eating the things that all the "so called experts" told me NOT to eat for the last 20 years. that ends up completely negating my feeling about super high carb foods!

it works!
