| Your not doing anything wrong. Until you get things stablized a bit, you will gain a few pounds. Also if you are counting the weight you lost before diagnosis, odds are you will gain most of that weight back.
If you find you are high, you may need to give yourself some correction insulin. It is almost impossible for a type one on a varied diet to use a static amount of fast acting insulin daily.
