| It's not what I eat, it's when I eat it Six months into diabetes...
I'm a Baby Boomer. For most of my life, I've eaten meals on an irregular schedule. I've never been a breakfast person. If I'm working hard on something - physical or mental - I frequently go all day without eating. Then I play catch-up.
The folly of this practice has been pointed out numerous times but it's always seemed like the thing for me to do. I was (am) comfortable with it. I have no doubt that it is probably why I now find myself in this situation.
My question: How does a person retrain themselves to eat three squares a day?
Counting carbs 'n all is fine but I don't even know where to start with this mess... |
