| I've never been a big breakfast person--at the most, a Power Bar or something similar. Now, keeping a low-carb regime, I usually have an Atkins shake (or similar protein shake) having 5 or 6 grams of carbs, for breakfast. It's like drinking an extra cup of coffee.
I pretty much have always eaten lunch, however. If I have to eat at my desk, these days, I keep cans of sardines in olive oil and Atkins bars. One of each of those will hold me until dinner, perhaps with a late-afternoon snack of almonds if I get hungry.
