| The biggest changes for me was really counting the carbs for everything including snacks and writing it all in a journal along with my insulin amounts. I also started checking my bs 6 times a day up from 3 times a day. I was really encouraged by people on the forum, I was down on myself because I was really trying hard but could never get those A1C's down, the lesson for me is it will be the fight of a lifetime and I am not going down that easy. |
