Multivitamins and BS
I'm considering taking Centrum soon and was wondering if it could cause my bs to go up? Anyone have any info on this or a better multi suggestion? My #'s are coming down well and I don't want to spoil it with something as simple as a vitamin. I've heard that people don't need vitamins if they eat balanced meals.
