Stu,

I'm T2 and don't use insulin, so feel free to completely ignore this as it probably doesn't make sense. Is there any chance that it was the stress of the Doctors appointment "building" on your 6.8 FBG high?

Alternatively, is your insulin okay could you try another vial/pen?
