yeah i'm testing every time i eat as well as taking metformin and glipizide 2-3 times a day. and my numbers can be pretty sparatic at times especially when i slip up... sometimes when your on the run and not thinking clearly you forget when new with it..especially at 18 when your everyehere at once lol... but i will deffinately look into that book mentioned ty very much for the recomendation. but i'm hoping i'm getting it undercontrol... it was a real scare when i got diagnosed... i didn't know i had it and went to the hospital for something else and was admidted with a sugar of 650. i think that and watching waht my grandma went through scared me into doing everytihing i can to manage it... but thank you all for the warm welcome it's greatly appreciated. and a nice thing to know when you feel lost with things.
