Well, you could always try testing more often.... might turn out to be easier! It is for me, anyway. I test roughly every hour that I'm awake, and between tests I don't worry at all about what my BG is doing, or how I'll be able to handle an event or exercise period, or what "that little feeling" might mean; in other words, testing often makes diabetes a 15 minute a day disease rather than the 24 hour a day disease it was when I always had to keep it in the back of my mind.
