This may sound goofy, but I wonder if you couldn't use a small bit of mini-bubble wrap, or one of those tiny bubble wrap bags. If nothing else, you can use it and tape it around the bottle for extra padding, or even insert the bottle (with the wrap taped around it) into one of those insulin protectors. Probably silly, but it's better than spending $67 (or more) for a new bottle. Just a thought...
