I suggest calibrating your meter if you haven't already. Then if it still won't give a reliable reading get in touch with Lifescan and they should send you a new one. In my experience Onetouch are pretty good meters. I've used em for years and never had a serious problem, but that's just me i can't speak for anyone else.
