Interesting.

I too am often tired in the afternoon, even though my blood sugar is normal. I have hypothyroidism as well.

Type 2 Diabetes - Diagnosed July 18, 2008

A1C:
July 18, 2008: 9.0
October 21, 2008: 5.9

Medication:
Metformin 500 MG Twice a day

I've gone from a size 22 to a size 16 since July. Unfortunately, I've now apparently hit a plateau.
