| You can still use that insulin. It is still good. And if you want to refill the whole reservoir before you change out your sets, just put that leftover insulin into a separate vial and put it back into your reservior when you are ready. It is still good and it is really wasteful to just throw it away imho. There is another thread on this topic that comes to mind. Try a search on it and I'm sure you will find it.
