| Welcome to the forum. I am glad you found a place to ask questions and find good advice. First, don't try to change your lifestyle all at once. Make small changes. Remember that no carbohydrate is bad for you. You just have to know how many carbs a food contains and adjust your intake accordingly. Learn just how much is in a serving(15 carbs is considered a serving) and how many serving you should have in a meal. I try to limit mine to 45 carbs per meal but some on the forum can not tolerate that many carbs at a meal. Don't give up. You will soon have the hang of all this and be giving this same advice to others. Good Luck.
