Mix 1 part soy flour with 2 parts flax meal, mix it well!

Use 2 eggs per 1/4 cup of mix, the eggs seem to grab onto the flax meal and the soy flour provides a bit of structure.

If you use veggies in whatever you are doing cooking out a bit of the water first is a good idea, too many water vegs seem to keep the eggs from grabbing onto the flax and soy.

I use this for Salmon patties, tuna patties, and meatloaf.

Meatballs BTW seem to be too small to hold together with this but salisbury steak works ok if you make them nice size.
