My favorite recipe for Salmon is not to buy some good red meat instead, sorry couldn't resist. I can't stand salmon
That said I would actually love to enjoy fish, those patties look soo nice John. I do like cod, halibut, haddock but never actually cook fish at home. My mother in law makes "fish cakes" with cod but I believe they are full of potato, I wonder if John/Linda's recipe would work with cod?
