i eat 'lower or managed' carbs, for me that's about 60 grams a day

i count the 'net carbs' after fibre content

here is a partial list of the 'free veggies' that have a high water content and high fibre content

* asparagus
* bean sprouts
* beet greens
* broccoli
* Brussels sprouts
* cabbage
* cauliflower
* celery
* cucumber
* green peppers
* lettuce
* marrow



* mushrooms
* onions (1/2 cup)
* orange peppers
* parsley
* radishes
* red peppers
* rhubarb
* spinach
* Swiss chard
* tomato (only 1)
* yellow or green beans
* zucchini
