waw I think you do put a lot of insuline, i use Humolog insuline and I put by teh carbs I eat so for example

I have 40 carbs for berakfast i'll put 4 units than 2 hours later i put 2 units for 20 carbs....ect... so i put around 12 units of humolog and before bed I put only16 units of Lantus, I sometimes gain a bit weight if i put more humolog during the day for a week but as for Lantus i like it better than Nph I have no low sugars( which prevents me on eating and gain more weight)

p.s i also do 30 to 60 min elliptical a day !!! )

hope this helps
