Thanks for the replies everyone. I'd like to think that lottadata and Bluesky are right. I hope it's basically TG's leaving the body.

One of the fringe benefits of my job is that I have access to these expensive tests. I'll keep checking the numbers monthly. So far, everything "bad" that was high (CRP, Ferritin, LDL, Cholesterol, BG) has been dropping significantly aside from TG's, which stayed the same. Anything poor results that were low (magnesium, transferrin) are now normal.

It's nice to see some reward for hard work.
