Some steak (such as round) I really only use for making things like Beef Stroganoff. So what are you cooking?

For T-Bone and Sirloin, then I would prefer BBQ/Grill. Fillet (not my favourite cut) is fine fried or in the oven.
The quality of the cut is so important!
