Heartburn anyone?

I have had heartburn since I was around 16 years old. (Yikes, that is 30 years! )

I am used to taking between 150-300 Rolaids or Tums in a month, sometimes more. I have had my stomach photographed a zillion ways, cameras swallowed.. etc. I have taken every medication out there for this, to no avail.

I haven't had heartburn in almost a month, hence not a single Rolaid, Tum or any other kind of OTC for this!

If this is all I ever get out of lowcarb/nocarb, I am forever grateful.

I will never place carbs on my list of regular foods again. (ok, pumpkin pie both did in my numbers and caused a mild burning, I dealt with this with baking soda, ewwww )
