I have cut back on any of the white carbs, potatoes, white rice, potatoe chips, !pop!, chocolate, pasta, processed soups and the list goes on. I don't eat them at all.

I use WeightWatchers bread allowing 2 slices a day for a total of 8 carbs there and any other ones I get from tomatoes (can NOT say no to those, and those used to kill my already messed up tummy with the acid added to my own), cukes, and plenty of salad.

I have taken ranitidine in the past for years with each day being a wonder of what it was that would start the reflux. It would start with the first piece of toast in the morning or bowl of cereal.

I am so amazed with this result I trully can not believe it! 30 years of agony gone in a month!!!!

Rock on low carb, rock on!
Cass
