I've had severe colon issues since I was a baby, so heartburn is something I unfortunately have to live with. Barely any medicine really helps me when I get it bad, which sucks. I have been known to break down crying in some situations when it gets too bad, but fortunately this has not happened much in the last year. I have some heartburn right now in fact, and I have no idea why since I have not eaten since midnight and nothing I have eaten lately really affects me. It's a weird thing.

I guess the best thing I usually do is just try to ignore it the best I can, but of course that is easier said than done. I get very gassy too which does not help my situation any.
