| The Microlet that came with my Breeze isn't bad, but I like the Freestyle lancing device much better. For one thing, I can lance multiple sites with the same device by using different caps that come with it. You can only lance your fingers with the microlet. The other reason I like the Freestyle lancing device better is that it's less painful, as long as I use the right lancets.
The only problem with it I've had is that I am using up my lancets that I had for my microlet, and they're not quite the same fit. They work, but it sometimes takes me a try or two. It works just fine with the appropriate lancet.
