I did not find that Zoloft increased my BG; in fact, that's around the time my BG started dropping dramatically. I had made some dietary changes around that time, but I also think the Zoloft helped me with my stress levels, which in turn lowered my BG. Average FBG went from 124 to 78.

But YMMV. If you can eliminate all other causes of raised BG, maybe Zoloft isn't the right drug for you. Good luck!
