May I suggest you update your profile so people know a few things that will help them help you.
Your type (Type 2)
Your location, so people in the US won't make suggestions not relevant to someone living in the UK for instance. State is also helpful for references to places to buy things.
Putting your various numbers like HbA1c, triglycerides, meds etc (just look at peoples signatures) is also very helpful because that gives people with experience a starting point for giving advice. |
