Thank guys. You see I dont know anything about it. My wife is pre diabetes and I always thought it was nothing. Oh, I am though also on cholestorol medicing, (eating lbs of macaroni lol). does that hurt. What kind of meat can I eat and what can I eat with it? I am having so much trouble eating these little portions.
