| I'm partial to balsamic vinaigarette, oil and vinegar (esp. w/olive oil) or Italian dressings as I don't like mayo...but many enjoy ranch and other mayo-based dressings.
Test 2 hrs after your first bite...should be 140 or less by then. At diagnosis, I was given the goal of 110 or less fasting and 140 or less 2 hrs after first bite.

HCTZ 12.5 mg every other day for BP
Enalapril 20 mg 1 daily (ace-inhibitor)
Lower carb dieter (approx. 75 total carbs/day, more on weekends), taking chromium, multivitamin and fish oil tablets

11/06: 6.2.
03/07: 5.3
06/07: 5.4
10/07: 5.3
05/08: 6.2 (after dealing with shingles & bronchiti)
