My Bg's will often run a bit higher on the third day, so I have been tending to change after 2 or 2.5 days. I realize that the taxpayer is footing the bill for the sets, but do I really want to wake up with 8's and 9's ( rather than 5's or 6's) in order to make the cost savings for Joe Public?

I change my reservoir when it runs out, which typically means 3.5 days, so the set and reservoir changes are usually out of synch.
