I switched from Comfort/Sils to Cleos about 6 months ago.

Before, I could leave them in 3 days, tops--with absorbtion problems the third day and sometimes infection problems too. I was very careful maintaining a sterile field when inserting, it was just my body.

Now with Cleos, inserted more shallowly, I can go 4 days with no problem, and even went to a fifth day once by accident. This is in cool weather, of course, In hot weather, all bets are off. I change every 3 days regardless to keep insulin fresh.
