That is just great! There are just so many variables when it comes to medication, food intake and the BG number. I've been reading Dr. Bernsteins book and as I was drinking a shot of "Airborne" with 1000mg of Vitamin C I was also reading that Vit. C over 250 mg may cause your BG number to rise...within 30 minutes my levels skyrocketted. Amazing.

I'm so proud of you. I'm newly diagnosed as well and I'm doing all that I can to keep those numbers below 100. I want to live a great life.
