Thanks for the feedback- I saw a similar survey posted so I figured it would be ok - I will contact the appropriate people now!

If you do get permission, you might want to modify the questionaire to be useable. It's hard to circle on the internet.

As a side note I'd sit out, as without a hint or background into the potential quality of the product/service, (or the intentions of the company/people involved) I have no way to judge whether the information I provide would be used for good or evil.
Fair assessment- it was copied over from a physical survey- i can modify it but figured one could highlight the answer they want or just delete the answer they didnt...i will make it more clear if approved

This is for a group project in my MBA class- I have no affiliation to any Pharm/biotech company

Our goal is to plan a growth strategy for a company that is currently in the last stages of fda approval for an inhale-able insulin - We are gauging consumer interest in such a product...again this is a school project, I am an accountant by trade and no way affiliated to any drug companies

Your survey ignores the fact that many type 1 diabetics use insulin pumps. Injections aren't the only option as it stands now. Also, many members here aren't clear/cut type 1 or 2. There's also gestational and 1.5.
Yes I actually have family members with both types- this survey focuses on those who inject insulin currently - we have a modified survey for the other types but I will get approval- i didnt want to flood the board with two surveys at once

thanks
