snacks! (add yours) I like to eat dessert or snacks, and being t2 makes it harder.
I'm collecting a list of tasty snacks that are under about 5 carbs, so they are basically free in my eyes:
Breyers 'carb smart' ice cream bars - 5g
Breyers 'carb smart' vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup - 4g
Jello, sugar free - 0g
Kroger/Ralphs 'carb master' yogurt - 3g
cottage cheese 1/2 cup - 5g
Popsicle ice pops sugar free - 2g
Diet sodas - 0g
I guess we could add things like salami and string cheese too, but I'm looking mostly for things we may not expect could be low carb..
