I snack on whole raw flax seeds. They keep the munchies at bay while I sit at the computer all day. 2 tbs has 6g carbs but 5g is fiber and it has 150% DV of omega-3 and lots of other goodies (

I like the flavor actually, and it's kinda tricky eating them whole the way I do. I make sure to chew each little seed individually. It takes a lot of time but actually that's a good thing if you think about it.
