If you're keeping everything in check there is no reason you can't adjust what the endo is telling you(within reason) They give you guidelines to follow, but everyone is different.

Hey Nab, I used to have a high school science teacher from Lugoff! She used to say it was the "metaphysical HUB of the Universe!" and then laugh hystericly.
