They always lump type 1 and 2 together by just saying we can cure diabetes. There is no way that will help out a type 1. Type 2 yes I agree it will help.

I also like how they compare the eskimo to the average American. yes they eat protien and fat but the fat is certainly different than a McDs Jumbo burger with a gazillion grams of fat. Good article but you need to read a little more into it. For a type 2 low carbs is certainly going to help but I would still not go overboard on the fat.
