I have eaten a particular thing many times over and after 2 hours my sugar was about 110-136 every time. Today for some reason I ate the same thing in the same ammount and after 1 hour i felt funny so I tested my sugar and it was 180
! hour later (2 hours after I ate) I felt even worse tested it and it was 214!
less then 1 hour after that it was 94.
Is this normal. I have never had that happen before. This morning I had cereal and after 2 hours it was 140 i went for an 8 min walk and 10 min after that walk it was 78. And stayed there for 4 hours until the above mentioned incident.
Glucophage 500mg once a day
Simvastatin 5mg(i think) once a day.:
