| Havn't noticed any gastric issues with Janumet. I had been on Metaformin for years when my Dr. switched me to Janument this year in the hopes it would work better. I didn't really see a significant improvement with it but have stayed on it rather than argue with Dr.
I do think it causes me to have sinus problems but havn't been able to convice Dr of that.
