I agree. If I get a bad reading, I try to find out what I did differently. Sometimes, I realize that it's not what I ate but my stress level. If I still don't know, I no longer lose sleep over it, although I'm more vigilant for the next few days regarding any trend. If there is no trend of high BG, I know it was just a bad pancreas day.
