While this is an inspirational story, did any of you read that,
Quote:
Walker initially went to the gym six days a week for a couple of hours each day. But he gradually increased to going twice a day for five of those days, for four to six hours each visit, with Gould and Davidson watching him "like a hawk."
...
Now Walker usually works out five days a week for about five hours before his night shift at a local call centre. "I practically live there. I just love it."
If I were at home on disability and had that much time to go to the gym I would do so* ... unfortunately I also have to work and pay the bills

*I actually was on short-term disability for a few months and did spend several a hours daily at the pool and gym... but when I went back to work I had to make a choice between energy for work or energy for the gym... as above, I had bills to pay.
