| For breakfast every morning I have steel cut oatmeal, ground flax seeds and some kind of fruit, either apples or frozen/fresh berries. Sometimes instead of (or in addition to) the flax I add chia seeds, which don't need to be ground. Lots of soluble fiber as well as Omega 3 oils.
