Yannah,

I don't for a moment doubt what you are saying about the link between Metformin and B12 deficiency but I would think it might be worth looking at what your eating too, 800 calories seems very low. Like I said I'm no expert, I do however like to delve a little deeper into things like this and appreciate the heads up on the B12 issue.
