Smile Bill Yates

Hello Everyone

My name is Bill and I am married with 2 sons. I retired in 2003 from BIRDS EYE WALLS where I worked for 43 years. I have recently been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, so it will be very interesting to hear from other people with this condition. The problem which bothered me most was Hot sweats that started from my toes and travelled up through my body into my head and sweat poured out of forehead, when the sweats eased my colour had drained from my face, which caused me a lot of worry not knowing what the cause was. Now I have been told that these sweats can be caused by low or high Bg.
I am taking Metformin, I was prescribed 500mg morning and 500mg at night. My Dr thought this was to high causing my BG to go too low causing my sweats again. I am now taking 500 mgs at night and i feel much better.
Bill
