Hi Salimdost!

A good exercise program is one that contains elements that you like to do and that also raise your heart rate, make you sweat, strengthens your muscles, and that you can maintain for upwards of an hour or more just about every day.

Breads for diabetics? There are some low-carb-high-fiber breads on the market I get one from "The Baker" that has only 5 grams of carbs per slice.
