I had the kinking problem once. My cannula looked like an L when I removed it. My pump trainer changed the length of the cannula for me, and I have been doing well with my sets ever since.

I have an Animas pump and use the Inset. (Diabetic and needle-phobic. Bad bad bad combination! LOL) I have 9mm cannulas on the sets now. It was a 6mm that bent on me.

I would contact the supplier. There IS a chance that the sets are defective somehow. Very often, if you have problems and feel the sets may be defective, your pump supplier will replace them for you.
